SMARO MAROGLOU

During the time I worked at Tessera Multimedia company, we created as a team, quality educational software for Primary and Secondary education. This project was implemented using Adobe Flash technology with ActionScript 3.0. The team consisted of an Art Director, two Graphic/UI/UX Designers and a team of Developers. My contribution as a Graphic/UI/UX designer in those projects, was significant and the role was multiple. I had to combine logical thinking with an artistic approach.

The process I followed for the implementation was to learn about the competitor products searching on the internet or visiting physical stores, do user research, create structure, study the content that we got from the teachers, prototype designs and do tests (tests were done by children of employees). After corrections and improvements, Ι had to transfer the black and white sketches to color graphics, creating and designing characters, interaction buttons, animations, introduction videos etc. in collaboration with the developers.
